For established Family Medicine patients, having urgent care available within the same medical practice also provides convenient access to care when an unexpected illness or injury occurs.
For patients who are new to our office, you do not need to be an established patient to use our urgent care services.
Family & Industrial Medical Center participates with many insurance plans.
Because networks, benefits and urgent care coverage vary by plan, we recommend verifying coverage directly with your insurance carrier before your visit.
We do not accept Medi-Cal, CenCal, nor Physician’s Choice plans as primary or secondary insurances. Medi-Cal and CenCal policy holders cannot be seen at our facility. Physician’s Choice policy holders can choose to self-pay.

Urgent care is intended for illnesses and injuries that need prompt medical attention but are not life-threatening emergencies.
For severe chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness or another potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Yes. You do not need to be an established Family Medicine patient at Family & Industrial Medical Center to use our urgent care services.
Yes. Our regular weekend urgent care hours are Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Our regular Monday through Friday hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Yes. X-ray services are available on site. Your provider will determine whether an X-ray is appropriate for your condition or injury.
Yes. EKG testing is available on site when medically appropriate.
Yes. Walk-in urgent care patients are welcome during regular urgent care hours.
